Frequently asked questions

What equipment do I need?

Each child shall bring their own racket so they can get comfortable using it regularly. If you’d like guidance on choosing the right size, you can follow this link.

Is this program for everyone?

The program is designed for beginners and intermediate children in grades 1 - 12. The curriculum builds every season as new skills are learned and applied.

What is the makeup policy?

If a session is cancelled due to weather, make-up sessions will be scheduled as needed so the full curriculum can be covered. For missed classes, make-ups may be offered based on space availability and appropriate class placement. We will make our best effort to accommodate one make-up session per season when possible.

Can I sign up only for the Tuesday Rally session?

No. Tuesday sessions are dedicated to rallying and reinforcing skills learned during Friday coaching. You may sign up for Fridays only; however, we highly recommend adding the Tuesday 30-minute open play rally session. The extra court time helps players build confidence, consistency, and faster improvement.

Is student enrollment limited?

Enrollment is limited to maintain safe and effective child-to-coach ratios per USTA standards. Upon enrollment, you will receive an email confirming your placement or notifying you if you are on the waiting list.

How will the children be grouped?

Children are grouped by age and skill level, to ensure lessons are safe, fun, and effective.

When is the next season?

As the spring season nears completion, we’ll update the website with upcoming season dates and registration details.

What should my child bring, and when should I pick them up?

Please have your child bring a water bottle to each session, and plan to pick them up promptly at the end of class so we can transition smoothly to the next group.

What is the refund policy?

Due to limited class sizes and advance planning, all registrations are due upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
